Whitelist
A whitelist rule will deliver all messages from a specific sender directly to your Inbox, even if a message otherwise appears to be spam. To whitelist a sender directly from a Spam Report, please see the Spam Filtering & Reports section.
Create a whitelist rule from a message
If you have a message from the sender you wish to whitelist within your webmail account on our mail server, then you can add this sender to your account's global Whitelist by doing the following:
- Login to your webmail account with your full email address and password. (Additional Information)
- Note: The URL to access your webmail account is typically "pop." followed by your domain name. For example, if your website is "http://www.samplesite.com," then you would login to your webmail account at "http://pop.samplesite.com." Alternatively, you may login at "http://pop.speartek.com."
- Navigate to the message from the sender you wish to whitelist.
- Drag-and-drop this message to the Whitelist folder (within the Filters folder) in the Folder pane; OR
- Right-click this message within the Message pane and select Whitelist Sender and click OK.
When you whitelist a sender directly from a Spam Report, that sender is automatically added to the global Whitelist above.
