Information for Wireless Devices

Please contact your wireless service provider or device manufacturer for help configuring your wireless device's mail client. Information that you will need to have available when you contact your wireless service provider or device manufacturer:

  • Email Address: this has been provided to you by Speartek
  • Password: this has been provided to you by Speartek
  • Account Type: POP3
  • Incoming Mail Server: this has been provided to you by Speartek. This is most likely “pop.” followed by your domain name (i.e. pop.speartek.com).
  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): this has been provided to you by Speartek. This is most likely “pop.” followed by your domain name (i.e. pop.speartek.com).
  • Outgoing Server (SMTP) Authentication: Required
     

Certain wireless service providers may require that you use their outgoing mail server rather than Speartek's outgoing mail server. Your wireless service provider will tell you how to configure your mail client's outgoing server settings.
