Forwarding
To automatically forward emails so that they arrive at another address, you can do the following:
- Login to your webmail account with your full email address and password. (Additional Information)
- Note: The URL to access your webmail account is typically "pop." followed by your domain name. For example, if your website is "http://www.samplesite.com," then you would login to your webmail account at "http://pop.samplesite.com." Alternatively, you may login at "http://pop.speartek.com."
- On the Tools menu, select Options.
- On the Mail tab, select the Forwarder subtab.
- Enter the desired email address within the Forward to field.
*Multiple addresses should be separated by semicolons without spaces.
- Uncheck the Keep emails in mailbox checkbox if you do not plan on managing incoming messages for this email account. (Additional Information)
- Note: if you leave this checkbox checked and do not maintain the account, emails are likely to accumulate, causing this mailbox to reach its maximum storage capacity and reject incoming mail.
- Click OK to apply the changes.
