Under Server Information, do the following:
- In the Incoming mail server (POP3) box, type the full name of the server provided by Speartek. This is most likely “pop.” followed by your domain name (i.e. pop.speartek.com).

- Click the Advanced tab
Verify that the Advanced settings are correct:
- Incoming Server (Port 110)
- The server requires an encrypted connection (unchecked)
- Outgoing Server (Port 25 or 366)
- The server requires an encrypted connection (unchecked)
- Leave a copy of messages on the server (unchecked) (Additional Information)
- Note: With this checkbox unchecked, when you download new messages from the server, the messages are deleted from Speartek's mail server. If you check this e-mail account from different computers by using the default Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 POP3 settings, the computer that downloads a new e-mail message is the only location where the message is stored. The message is no longer on Speartek’s mail server and will not be downloaded when you connect from another computer.
- To view your messages from different computers, you can choose to leave a copy of messages on Speartek’s mail server. Should you check the Leave a copy of messages on the server checkbox, then we recommend that you also check the Remove from server after "x" days checkbox. This will help to prevent your mailbox on Speartek's mail server from reaching its storage limit.
- If you configure Outlook to leave messages on the server, you may need to login to your webmail account and manually delete these messages. For more information about accessing your webmail account on Speartek's mail server, please visit the Speartek Webmail Help section.
